Take A Hike is a game based around the ideology of “The journey is more important than the destination”. The player controls a hooded character as they climb up a mountain, where they meet characters who give them items that can aid them on their journey to the top.

The game was made almost entirely by myself with help from peers, as well as music and sound design by Jarrah Saunders. I am responsible for:

  • Art and animation

  • UI art

  • Programming

  • Character dialogue

  • Narrative design
