Invasion started as a prototype between myself and a classmate, which was then voted to be developed as a full game by the whole class of eight students. It is a mobile game aimed at a younger audience, where invading aliens will come from the top of the screen. The player is tasked with aiming an automatically firing cannon at the bottom of the screen by tapping and dragging their finger across the screen.

As lead designer on this project, my contributions were:

  • Gameplay loop design

  • Art and animation

  • Some programming assets

  • Marketing art

  • Publishing the game to Google Play
